Proteinverse is owned and operated by Lucky Valecha, with registered operations in Gujarat, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Proteinverse.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

2. Health and Supplement Disclaimer

Important: The products sold by Proteinverse are dietary and nutritional supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

The information provided on our website, social media, and in-store consultations is for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered medical advice. While Lucky Valecha is an experienced athlete and supplement specialist, he is not a licensed medical practitioner.

3. Product Authenticity

Every product sold by Proteinverse is sourced from authorised distributors and brand-approved channels. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we carry. Our authenticity guarantee means:

All products come with authorized dealer certificates and can be verified with the original brand.
We do not sell grey market, parallel imported, or repackaged supplements.
Batch numbers and expiry dates are clearly visible on every product.
If any product purchased from Proteinverse is found to be counterfeit, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

4.1 No Returns on Shipped Supplements

Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and health products, we cannot accept returns on products once they have been shipped or handed over at the store. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers — we cannot verify the storage conditions or integrity of a supplement once it has left our custody.

This is standard industry practice for supplement retailers in India.

4.2 Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or full refund in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product received. We will arrange a return pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives physically damaged (broken seal, crushed container, leaking), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
Counterfeit product: If you believe a product purchased from us is not authentic, contact us immediately. We take this extremely seriously and will verify the product with the brand. If confirmed counterfeit, we will replace it and investigate our supply chain.
Expired product: If you receive a product that is past its expiry date at the time of delivery, contact us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.

4.4 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For UPI and card payments, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. For cash purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or cash at our physical location.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
We make every effort to ensure product availability is accurately reflected on our website. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are valid only for the duration specified and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Shipping Terms

Our online store with home delivery launches on 30 April 2026. The following terms will apply to all online orders:

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location. Most orders within Gujarat are delivered within 2-4 business days. Pan-India delivery typically takes 5-8 business days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Until the online store launches, you can order via WhatsApp and we will arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

7. Account Terms

When our online store launches, you may create a customer account to track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist. If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
